原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的诊治进展 被引量：10

摘要 原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（PCNSL）近10年的发生率有明显的增加,主要好发于接受器官移植病人、免疫抑制病人和先天性免疫缺陷病人。此症无特征性症状及体征,主要表现为颅内占位性病变或弥漫性水肿引起的一系列症状,伴有神经精神方面的改变。目前最常用的诊断方法为立体定向活检术。明确诊断后,可通过化疗联合放疗的方法进行治疗。
