摘要
目的通过1例滥用一氧化二氮(N2O)致神经损害的病例分析,探讨其对于神经系统损害的机制。方法分析病例并结合相关文献进行机制的探讨。结果滥用N2O可导致神经系统损害,可能与因N2O引起的维生素B12代谢障碍、以及N2O对NMDAR拮抗作用相关。结论临床医生在遇到类似神经损害及脑功能表现时,应充分考虑患者是否有N2O滥用史,再做进一步治疗。
Objective To investigate its mechanism of damage to the nervous system with a case analysis of neurological damage caused by the abuse of nitrous oxide(N2O).Methods The specific cases were analyzed and the mechanism with relevant literature were discussed.Results Abuse of N2O can cause damage to the nervous system.And it is possibly related to vitamin B12 metabolic disorders caused by N2O,and N2O antagonism to NMDAR.Conclusion In face of similar nerve damage and brain function,clinicians should fully consider whether the patient has a history of abuse N2 O,and then do further treatment.
