高职院校女性毕业生就业歧视问题分析

Analysis of employment discrimination of female graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职院校毕业生就业问题是关乎民生大计,国民对就业问题向来是极为关注的。但就业性别歧视问题随着高职女性毕业生的不断增加愈发凸显。当前高职女性毕业生就业歧视在我国人力资源市场的主要表现,并结合政治、经济、历史文化等多方面分析了我国高职女性毕业生遭受就业歧视的原因,结合我国国情,提出了消除高职女性毕业生就业歧视现象的对策建议,为解决实践中的就业性别歧视问题提供参考思路。 The employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges is a matter of vital importance to the livelihood of the people, and the issue of employment has always been of great concern to the people. However, the issue of gender discrimination in employment has become increasingly prominent with the increasing number of female graduates in Higher Vocational colleges. The main performance of vocational college female graduates employment discrimination in our country’s human resource market at present, combined with the political and economic reasons, historical and cultural aspects of the higher female graduates in China suffered employment discrimination, according to the situation of our country, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to eliminate female vocational graduate employment discrimination, to provide a reference for solving gender discrimination in employment problems in practice.
