摘要
我国在大力发展高职教育后高职院校的就业形势呈现逐渐上升趋势,在良好的就业态势下也使得部分学生出现了一些就业心理问题。学院如何开展对高职生的辅导,从而预防、减轻甚至消除高职生的就业心理问题是目前的重要任务之一。
Since great efforts have been made to advance higher vocational education in China in recent years,the employment rate in higher vocational colleges has been on the rise.Even though the employment situation is relatively positive,there are still some employment psychological problems among higher vocational college students.Therefore,it is essential for higher vocational colleges to provide psychological service for students to prevent,relive or even remove their employment psychological problems.
