摘要
职业心理包括职业价值观、职业兴趣及职业心理特征等。本文在吸取国内外相关研究的基础上,对当前高职生的职业心理特点和现状进行深入探讨,分析比较,为更有效的开展职业指导提供依据。并根据问题,提出推进职业指导的具体措施,为学生创设具有针对性的职业生涯指导之路提供建议。
