摘要
高职院校肩负着培养'高等技术应用性专门人才'的根本任务,高素质高技能是对高职人才的基本要求。高职人才的综合职业能力由职业核心能力、跨行业职业能力、行业通用能力和职业特定能力所组成。其中职业核心能力是培养高技能人才的实践能力和职业综合能力的重要方面。文章从分析核心能力的内涵入手,从理论和实践层面明确了核心能力培养对于高职人才形成综合竞争力的重要性及迫切性,解析了当前高职院校核心能力培养过程中存在的问题,在此基础上进一步探讨了培养核心能力的方法与途径。
High vocational colleges undertake fundamental tasks of cultivating special talents in high-tech application.Talents’ high quality and high skills are the basic requirements.Comprehensive vocational ability consists of vocational core competence,cross-industry vocational competence,universal industry competence and certain professional competence.Vocational core competence are important aspects of high-tech talents’ practical ability and comprehensive vocational ability.Starting from analyzing the connotation of vocational core competence,the paper nails down the necessity and urgency of cultivating higher vocational core competence towards shaping comprehensive competitive power from theoretical and practical level,parses the problems existed in the process of cultivating high vocational core competence,and then further explores interrelated methods and ways.
