通用能力培养在《护理人际沟通》课程教学中的探讨与实践 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨通用能力在《护理人际沟通》课程教学中的培养效果。方法将通用能力融入教学,并在课程结束后,采用问卷调查和通用能力量表对2014护理本科128名学生进行效果评价和分析。结果学生的自我管理和发展能力、与他人合作的能力、沟通能力、处理任务和解决问题的能力、设计和创造能力与培养前均有提高(P<0.01)。结论将通用能力融入课堂,设计科学、可行的实践性课业和评价体系是有效提升学生通用能力及岗位就业能力的关键。 Objective To discuss the effect of general competencies on the course of nursing interpersonal communication. Methods The general competencies were put in the process of teaching, after the course, 128 undergraduates of 2014 class majored in nursing were evaluated and analyzed by the questionnaire and General Ability Scale. Results Students' ability to self-management and self-development, cooperating with others, communication skills, dealing with tasks and solving problems, designing and creativity were improved(P〈0.01). Conclusion Application of general competencies in class, designing scientific and feasible practical lessons and evaluation system, are keys to effectively improve the general competencies and employability of students.
