摘要
目的:调查医学毕业生通用能力和专业能力基本状况与特点。方法:采用《通用能力量表》《专业能力量表》对安徽省三所医学高等学校2577名医学毕业生进行整体抽样调查。结果:医学毕业生通用能力和专业能力得分分别为4.03和3.77。学生干部通用能力及各因子、专业能力及各因子得分均明显高于非学生干部(p<0.01);独生子女通用能力和各因子得分明显高于非独生子女(p<0.01),在专业能力和各因子上没有明显差异(p>0.05);在交流表达、人际协调、学习创新和通用能力上,民主型教养方式医学毕业生得分均高于放任型、其它型教养方式学生(p<0.05);在人际协调、学习创新和通用能力上,民主型教养方式医学毕业生得分高于专制型教养方式学生(p<0.05);在专业意识、专业知识、专业技能、专业能力上,对专业感兴趣的医学毕业生得分均高于不感兴趣和无所谓的学生(p<0.05)。结论:医学毕业生通用能力和专业能力处于中等水平,学生干部通用能力和专业能力好于非学生干部,独生子女通用能力好于非独生子女,不同父母教养方式的医学毕业生通用能力存在差异,不同专业学习兴趣的医学生专业能力存在差异。
Objective:To investigate the basic status and characteristics of medical graduates’general ability and professional ability.Methods:The"general ability scale","professional ability inventory three medical colleges and universities in anhui province overall sampling survey was conducted among 2577 medical graduates.Results:The scores of general ability and professional ability of medical graduates were 4.03 and 3.77 respectively.The scores of general ability,factors,professional ability and factors of student cadres were signifi cantly higher than those of non-student cadres(P<0.01).The scores of general ability and factors of only children were signifi cantly higher than those of non-only children(P<0.01),but there was no signifi cant dif ference in professional ability and factors(P<0.05).In terms of communication and expression,interpersonal coordination,learning innovation and general ability,scores of medical graduates with democratic parenting style were all higher than those of students with laiss-let and other parenting style(P<0.05).The scores of medical graduates with democratic parenting style were higher than those of students with authoritarian parenting style in interpersonal coordination,learning innovation and general ability(P<0.05).In terms of professional awareness,professional knowledge,professional skills and professional ability,the scores of medical graduates who were interested in their major were all higher than those of students who were not interested in their major and those who had nothing at all(P<0.05).Conclusion:medical graduates general ability and professional ability are in the medium level,the student cadre general ability and professional ability is better than the student cadre,the one-child general ability is better than the one-child,dif ferent ways of parents teaching medical graduates and general ability dif ference,dif ferent professional study interest of medical students professional ability.
