摘要
学风是治学之本,高校学风建设是提高教学质量、培养高素质人才的重要保证。当前,许多高职院校纷纷开展各种类型的学风研讨活动,都在积极探索加强学风建设的新方式、新思路和新途径,以促进学校教育质量的改善和水平的提高,取得了很大的成效。高职院校学风建设要做好以下几点:对症下药,学生素质是学风建设的关键所在;抓好教风,以教促学,用教风引导学风;建立健全学生管理制度,促进学风建设。
Academic atmosphere is essential in academic pursuits.Construction of academic atmosphere in high vocational colleges is a important guarantee of improving teaching quality and training high-quality talents.At present,many high vocational colleges carry out different types of academic atmosphere seminars,actively explore new approaches,new ideas and new ways to strengthen academic atmosphere construction so as to promote school’s quality of education and improve teaching level,the great achievements have been made.Construction of academic atmosphere in high vocational colleges must obey the following tips:Adopting the effective competition measures according to student quality which is the key to the construction of academic atmosphere;Taking a correct attitude towards teaching ethics to urge the style of study and promoting the improvement of teaching quality.Establishing and improving the student management system to speed the construction of academic atmosphere.
