摘要
《秘书实务》作为文秘专业最重要的主干课程之一,对于培养学生的特定职业能力和综合职业素养有着至关重要的意义。本文从教学方法的种类入手,对于在该课程教学过程中运用基于PDCA循环的情景模拟法的教学实践和教学效果进行了介绍与阐述,说明高职教师只有根据高职教育的特点,不断进行探索与实践,才能寻求到教学方法与专业课程教学内容之间的最佳结合点。
Practice of Secretary,as one of the major courses,is vital in training students’ specific professional and vocational knowledge.The thesis expounds the teaching practice and teaching effect of PDCA-based scene imitation method in Practice of Secretary teaching from different types of teaching methods.High vocational teachers can find ways to integrate those teaching methods into the teaching materials of the specialized courses only in accordance with the characteristics of the ongoing vocational education and keeping on practice.
