摘要
国产中小型电站锅炉具有时变、多干扰、强耦合、非线性、大滞后等特点 ,在线修改风 /煤的合理配比是优化燃烧的关键。本文应用先进的智能控制理论—模糊控制 ,结合自寻最优控制思想 ,提出了一种以炉膛热量为被控量的风 /煤比动态模糊自寻优控制算法 ,应用在电站锅炉送风系统中 ,具有较好的鲁棒性和快速性 ,提高了锅炉的燃烧效率 ,成功地解决了电厂节能增效的关键问题。
Our homemade middle and miniature Power Station boiler is a complex system with the character of time variation,nonlinearity,large time delay,coupling and a lot of disturbance.In view of modification for the ratio of air/coal on line,the paper presents a kind of Fuzzy extremal control algorithm,used in air supplying system of boiler.From the analysis of the example,it can be proved that the system has better robust stability and speedy,the efficiency of boiler combustion is increased greatly.
