摘要
针对工况变化频繁的竖炉焙烧过程,采用智能控制方法设计了燃烧室温度智能控制系统。该系统由温度的串级模糊控制、空气流量比值控智和自适应补偿系统组成。自适应补偿系统通过智能故障预报器预报出燃烧室的运行状况,根据运行工况的变化通过基于案例推理技术的自适应补偿器给出加热煤气补偿用量和空燃比的校正值,从而实现了燃烧室温度的自适应控制。通过在某选矿厂22台竖炉中成功应用,表明了竖炉燃烧室温度智能控制方法的有效性。
The intelligent combustion temperature control system is developed for the roasting process in the shaft furnace,in which operating conditions change frequently.The whole control system consists of a cascade fuzzy control system for temperature,a ratio control system for air flow,and an adaptive compensation system.The operating conditions of the combustion chambers are predicted through the intelligent fault predictor.According to these,the compensation of the heating gas and the tuning value of air-fuel ratio are given by the adaptive compensator based on case reasoning.So the adaptive control of combustion temperature is achieved.The successful application of such control systems in 22 shaft furnaces in a mineral processing plant shows its effectiveness.
