摘要
针对高压油水井带压压裂后,常规压裂管柱工具段无法实现管内防喷的问题,开展了带压压裂配套管柱的研究。通过压裂后溢流分析,研制了可在压裂过程中逐级封堵喷砂器出砂口的带压压裂配套管柱,设计了弹性锁套喷砂器及滑套式密封器,通过关闭各喷砂器出砂口实现了压裂后油管内防喷。带压压裂配套管柱在大庆油田现场试验11口井,在压裂后套压3~10MPa情况下实现了油管内无溢流,压裂后管柱无需管内投堵,节省了施工成本。带压压裂配套管柱的研究与应用提高了带压作业施工效率。
The conventional fracturing pipe string can’t realize blowout prevention inside tubing after fracturing in producers and injectors with high pressure,therefore,the research on fracturing accessory pipe string with pressure has been carried out.Through the overflow analysis after fracturing,the fracturing accessory pipe string with pressure has been developed,which can plug the outlet of sandblaster stage by stage in the process of fracturing,and sandblaster with elastic lock sleeve and sliding sleeve seal device have been designed.The blowout prevention in the tubing after fracturing is realized by closing the sand outlets of each sandblaster.The fracturing accessory pipe string with pressure has been applied to 11 wells in Daqing Oilfield,and there is no overflow in the tubing with the casing pressure of 3-10 MPa after fracturing,which has no need to drop plug for sealing the tubings after fracturing and saves the operation cost.The research and application of the technology greatly improves the working efficiency in operation with pressure.
