摘要
为了降低萨北开发区注入井带压作业成本、提高生产运行效率,同时实现注入井绿色环保施工,研制了注入井简易带压作业装置。针对注入井管柱外径尺寸变化大(73~114mm)、管柱变径频次高、常规防喷器无法实现起出和下入工具串时动态密封的难点,通过液压储能罐与柔性耐磨橡胶相结合,设计和优选可变径防喷器方案,采用注入井防喷作业平台作为载体集成了安全卡瓦、废液回收槽等工具,形成注入井简易带压作业装置。截至2017年8月底,简易带压作业装置现场应用6井次,与常规带压作业相比平均单井作业周期缩短3. 76天,平均单井作业费用节省8.1万元,满足新环保法规定的零污油落地的要求。注入井简易带压装置针对井内压力小于5. 5MPa的注入井有很好的适用性,相对常规带压作业具有设备小巧、运输灵活、操作便捷等优点,具有很好的推广价值。
In order to reduce the pressure operation cost,to improve the operation efficiency,and to realize the greenenvironmental protection operation in the injection wells of Sabei Development Zone,a simple pressure operation device in injection well has been developed.In view of the problems that the outer diameter of injection string varies from 73 mm to 114 mm,the frequent changes in string diameters,and it is hard for the conventional BOP to realize the dynamic seal when running pipe string in and out,the scheme of BOP with variable diameters was designed and optimized through the combination of hydraulic energy storage tank with flexible wear-resistant rubber;and a simple pressure operation system in injection wells was formed by using blowout prevention operation platform as carrier to integrate the safety slip,waste liquid recovery trough and other tools.By the end of August 2017,the simple pressure operation device has been applied to six well times;the average operation period per well was shortened by 3.76 days;and the average operation cost per well was saved by 81000 RMB compared with conventional pressure operation,which can meet the requirement of the new environmental protection law'no oil spilling on the ground'.The simple pressure operation device has good applicability in injection wells with downhole pressure less than 5.5 MPa,and it has some advantages of small equipment,flexible transportation,convenient operation,etc.,which will have good popularization value.
