三元复合驱双层管多层分注技术

Double-tube Multi-layer Separate Injection Technology for ASP Flooding

摘要 目前,大庆油田三元复合驱双层管分注技术所采用的为油套双层管分注技术,只能实现两层分注,单层注入量为20-120m^3/d,不能实现分质注入及剖面测试。为此,研究了三元复合驱双层管多层分注技术,该技术通过渗透率级差将油层划分为高渗透、低渗透两组油层。高渗透油层注高相对分子质量三元复合溶液,低渗透油层注中—低相对分子质量三元复合溶液,以增强驱油效果。当注入剖面反转时,可实现分组变换。三元复合驱双层管多层分注现场应用3口井,投捞、流量测试成功率达到100%,油层动用程度明显提高。实践表明三元复合驱双层管多层分注技术能够有效改善三元复合溶液与油层的匹配状况,提高低渗透油层动用程度。 In the double-tube separate ASP injection technology of Daqing Oilfeld,the ASP composite solution was injected through the tubing and the casing separately at present.Only two layers could be flooded and the injection volume is from 20 to 120m'/d for each layer.The ASP injection with different relative molecular weight and profile test were not available.Therefore,the double-tube muli-layer separate injection technology for ASP flooding was conducted,which divided the oil reservoirs into high-permeability and low-permeability strata by the permeability differential.The ASP composite solution with high relative molecular weight was injected into high-perme-ability strata,while ASP composite solution with middle-low relative molecular weight was injected into low-permeability strata to enhance the flooding effect.The injection of the ASP composite solution with high and middle-low relative molecular weight can be interchanged with the reverse of the injection profile.Now the multi-layer separate injection technology for ASP flooding has been applied in 3 wells with a success rate of throwing-in and pulling and flow rate testing being 100%,and the producing degree of oil reservoirs had greatly improved.The field applications showed that the muli-layer separate injection technology for ASP flooding could improve the matching performance between the ASP composite solution and the reservoirs efctively,and enhance the producing degree of low-permeability reservoirs.
