摘要
针对三元复合溶液在流线型降压槽的压力控制原理问题,应用计算机流体力学FLUENT软件对流线型降压槽分注工具进行数值模拟。利用数值模拟软件得到流线型降压槽分注工具压降区域的湍动能分布、应变率分布,并对计算出的节流压差结果与室内实验结果进行比较。对比结果表明数值模拟计算出的节流压差在10~50m^3/d流量下与室内实验结果基本吻合,此模拟结果为进一步利用数值模拟技术对流线型降压槽分注工具结构参数优化提供了参考依据。
According to the pressure control principle of ASP solution in streamlined pressure drop groove,the numerical simulation of separate layer injection tools in the streamlined pressure drop groove has been conducted by using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT.The distribution of turbulent kinetic energy and strain rate for separate layer injection tools was obtained in the pressure drop area of the streamlined pressure drop groove by the numerical simulation software,and the calculation result of throttle pressure difference was compared with the experimental result.The comparison results showed that the numerical simulation calculated throttle pressure difference was basically consistent with the indoor experimental results at the flow rate of 10~50 m3/d.Therefore,it can provide a reference for further optimizing the structure parameters of separate layer injection tools in streamlined pressure drop groove by means of numerical simulation.
