摘要
阐述注水井高效测调工艺技术的研究背景、工艺原理、系统组成及各项配套技术的功能和特点,着重介绍了该项工艺的调配方法、可调堵塞器和井下测调仪等几项关键技术,通过4605口井、12397井次的应用得知,可降低测试工作强度50%以上,提高测调效率2倍以上,有效控制了自然递减和含水上升速度,实现了高效测调技术规范化、规模化应用。该项工艺技术创建了特高含水期精细注水挖潜新模式。
This paper elaborated the research background,technological principle,system components,and matching technology of the efficient testing and adjusting technology in water injection wells,and emphatically introduced the adjusting method,adjustable blanking plug,downhole testing and adjusting instrument,and other key methods for the technology.The technology has been applied to 4605 wells for 12397 times,reducing more than 50%testing work,doubling testing efficiency,effectively controlling natural decline and speed of water cut increase,and realizing normalized and large-scale application.It created a new model for subdivision water injection and potential tapping of super high water cut stage.
