摘要
为了解决分层注聚合物井测试时需要反复起、下测试仪器,存在投捞次数多、注入稳定时间长、测试效率低、测试时易遇阻卡等问题,研究了电控分层注聚合物技术。电控分层注聚合物技术的地面控制系统是通过钢管单芯电缆与井下各层的电控注聚合物器建立交互式通信,进行流量调试,在调试时由地面控制系统发送指令,控制井下电动机连续调整阀芯的长度,从而调节注入量。该技术目前已成功应用5井次,一次下井成功率为100%,流量计量误差低于5%,平均单井测试时间为3小时。电控分层注聚合物技术的研究与应用不仅提高了测试效率,降低了测试工人的劳动强度,延长了单井测试周期内的有效注入时间,而且也较好地满足了注聚合物动态快速变化和调整的需要。
During the well logging and testing for separate layer polymer injection,instruments have to be tripped repeatedly,therefore exists the problems of multiple running and pulling operation,long injection stability time,low test efficiency.and tools stuck accidents easily happened.To solve the problems mentioned above,the electri-cal-controlled separate layer polymer injection technology was researC'hed.The surface control system of the new technology connected with the electrical-controlled polymer injector;of each layer downhole by the single-core ca-bles wrapped in steel pi pe to set up interactive communication,hence to adjust t he flow rate.When conducting the flow measurement,surface control system sent command to control t he length of continuous adjustment valve of downhole motor and to regulate the injection rate.Now the tech nology had been applied in 5 wells successfully,with one-trip success rate being 100%,flow measurement error being lower than 5%,and average single-well testing time being 3 hours.The research and application of the technology could not only enhance testing efficiency,reduce the labor intensity,but also prolong the effective injection time during the period of single-well test,and meet the requirements of dynamically rapid change and adjustment of injected polymer.
