摘要
接纳承诺疗法(Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,ACT)是第三波行为疗法的核心,由内华达大学临床心理学教授海斯及其同事在20世纪末创立,并很快成为世界上最受欢迎的一种心理疗法。青少年生理上逐渐发育成熟,但心理上却敏感脆弱,会出现诸如环境适应与人际关系失调问题、情绪情感问题、学习问题、性心理及恋爱问题、人格问题、网络心理问题、择业与就业心理问题、青少年常见的心理疾病。整个社会愈加重视青少年健康心理的培养。该文将从接纳承诺疗法的核心理念、治疗过程等进行阐述,并对其为学校青少年心理健康教育的应用价值进行进一步探索。
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT)is the core of the third wave of behavioral therapy.Hayes and his colleagues at the University of Nevada,clinical psychology,were founded in the late 20 th century and soon became the most popular psychology in the world.Adolescents are maturing physiologically,but psychologically sensitive and vulnerable,such as environmental adaptation and interpersonal relationship disorders,emotional and emotional problems,learning problems,sexual psychology and love problems,personality problems,online psychological problems,career choices and employment psychological problems,and common psychological diseases of teenagers.The whole society has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of adolescents’healthy psychology.This paper will elaborate on the core concept and treatment process of acceptance commitment therapy,and further explore its application value for school adolescent mental health education.
