摘要
通过卧龙电气校企融合现代学徒制的实践,构建了校企融合的学徒制新培养模式,实现了学生的素质与员工素质基本对接,创新了学生职业能力系统结构,学生的职业能力有序形成,构建了学生的职业能力岗位标准,创建规范化轮岗实习新方法。
Through the practice of integrating modern apprenticeship system between Wolong Electric School and Enterprise,a new training mode of apprenticeship system is constructed,which realizes the basic connection between students’quality and employees’quality,innovates the system structure of students’professional ability post standards,and creates a new method of standardized rotation practice.
