摘要
为进一步提高助学二学历教学管理水平,提升助学二学历影响力,文章在中外研究的基础上构建了学生满意度影响因素框架,并通过对助学二学历学生进行实证研究,分析了各影响因素与整体满意度的关系,在此基础上提出了提高助学二学历学生满意度的针对性建议。
For the sake of further improvement of teaching management and influence of second academic certificate education,based on Chinese and foreign literature review,this article designs a framework of effect factors about studentsatisfaction to'second academic certificate education'.Through empirical study,this article analyzes the relationship between various influencing factors and overall satisfaction.And on this basis,pertinent suggestions about how to improve student satisfaction are propound.
