摘要
高职贫困生作为大学生中的特殊群体,他们在学业规划和职业发展中易于迷惑,就业时容易出现自卑心理,在就业能力和竞争优势上存在一定的劣势。该文根据霍兰德职业兴趣理论,结合高职贫困生的就业特点,探讨针对有效的职业指导方法,促进贫困生成长成才,以提高贫困生的就业率和就业质量。
Impoverished Students as a special community are easy to be puzzled by the academic planning and career development and feel inferior when they apply for a job.They would have weakness in employability and competitive advantage.Based on the Theory of Holland Vocational Interest and combined with the employment characteristics of Impoverished Students,this paper discusses effective Vocational Guidance methods to promote students’ growth and development., so as to improve the employment rate and quality of Impoverished Students.
