摘要
京津冀是中国的"首都经济圈",京津冀的环境协同治理是推动京津冀一体化发展的有利契机,但在进行区域环境协同治理的定位决策中,一体化治理的目标诉求过于理想化,且实施程度难度较大,面对严峻的市场环境,许多企业逐渐从对立型的市场竞争转向合作型竞争,开展区域的人才共享活动,有利于人才实现自身价值,加快京津冀企业环境治理的步伐。该文通过问卷调查法,主要围绕京津冀环境治理中的企业人才共享问题进行分析与探讨,并提出相关建议及对策。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is China’s 'Capital Economic Circle'. The coordinated environmental management of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a favorable opportunity to promote the integrated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. However, in the positioning decision-making of regional environmental coordinated governance, the goal of integrated governance is too high. Idealized, and the degree of implementation is difficult, in the face of severe market environment, many enterprises have gradually shifted from the opposite market competition to cooperative competition.carry out regional talent sharing activities, which is conducive to the realization of their own value and accelerate the pace of environmental governance in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. this paper analyzes and discusses the issue of enterprise talent sharing in the environmental governance of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei through the questionnaire survey method,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
