摘要
高星级酒店运营与管理专业对学生实践能力的要求较高,实习是提高学生综合素质的重要途径。该文以四川档案学校为例,对学生的实习满意度展开调查,并基于学校、学生及酒店提出了提升高星级酒店运营与管理专业实习满意度的具体措施,旨在促进学生、学校及酒店的共同发展与进步。
Practice is an important way to improve students’ comprehensive quality. This paper takes Sichuan Archives School as an example to investigate students’ degree of satisfaction in practice, and based on schools, students and hotels, puts forward specific measures to improve the satisfaction of practice in high star hotels, in order to promote students. The development and progress of schools and hotels.
