摘要
在大数据时代中,人力资源管理工作变得更为复杂,它不仅是人与人之间的沟通交流,同时也需要对相关的数据进行整理和分析。对于高校来说,人力资源管理十分重要,一定程度上影响着高校办学质量和科研水平。该文以此为切入点,分析大数据时代下的高校人力资源管理问题。
In big data's time, human resource management has become more complicated. It is not only a communication between people, but also needs to be collated and analyzed.For colleges and universities, human resource management is very important, which to some extent affects the quality of running schools and the level of scientific research. This article regards this as the breakthrough point, analyzes the university human resources management question under big data time.
