摘要
农村义务教育是我国基础教育的重要组成部分,推行农村义务教育教师轮岗交流,对于均衡教育资源,促进教育公平都有着重要而深远的意义。该文基于实地调查数据,探究了农村义务教育阶段教师对参与轮岗的意愿现状以及轮岗交流过程中存在的问题,并以此提出相关性建议,以期推动教师轮岗政策更加有效实施。
Rural compulsory education is an important part of basic education in China. The implementation of teacher rotation in rural compulsory education is of great and far-reaching significance for balancing educational resources and promoting educational equity. Based on the field survey data, this paper explores the current situation of teachers’ willingness to participate in the rotation of posts in rural compulsory education stage and the existing problems in the process of the exchange of posts, and puts forward relevant suggestions, with a view to promoting the more effective implementation of the teacher rotation policy.
