摘要
现阶段,国家提出了"大众创业、万众创新"的育人理念,双创教育工作在各高校深入开展,成为解决目前大学生就业难问题的创举。在创新创业的教育背景下,高校要注重大学生创新能力的培养,通过创新能力的提升促进大学生成功创业。本文分析了大学生创新能力培养的必要性,分析目前高校创新创业工作中的不足,探索高校创新创业教育背景下大学生创新能力培养的有效发展对策。
At present, the state has put forward the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", and the work of double-creation education has been carried out in colleges and universities and has become a pioneering initiative to solve the problem of college students 'employment problems. In the educational background of innovation and entrepreneurship, colleges and universities should pay attention to the cultivation of college students 'innovation ability,and promote the successful entrepreneurship of college students through the improvement of innovation ability. This paper analyzes the necessity of college students 'innovation ability cultivation, analyzes the shortcomings in the current college innovation and entrepreneurship work, and explores the effective development countermeasures for college students' innovation ability cultivation under the background of university innovation and entrepreneurship education.
