摘要
文章以河南省平舆县为例 ,探讨了使用城镇势力圈划分软件HAP实现以上原则的可行性 ,并尝试使用自上而下逐步调整法和自下而上拆除最小乡镇法进行乡镇合并 ,最后对两种工作方法进行了对比和总结。
With regard to various issues of town mergence in many parts of China in recent years,the paper argues the urgency of research for new methodology in town mergence and administrative division adjusting. With the help of computer assisted hinterland analysis package HAP,the authors take Pingyu County as case study to implement two methods,up down regulation and down elimination. Finally,the comparison of the two means is made to identify the applicability of each.
