摘要
首先探讨了创业意识向创业能力转化的作用机制,分析了影响两者关系的主要因素。然后以组织管理能力为切入点,利用对94家中国新创企业的调查数据进行实证分析,讨论了组织管理能力在创业意识与创业绩效之间所起的中介作用。最后分析了创业企业领导者的性别对以上关系的调节作用。结果表明:创业意识通过组织管理能力对创业绩效发挥正向作用,创业企业领导者的性别在创业意识和组织管理能力之间起到了调节作用;相对于男性创业领导者来说,创业意识对女性创业领导者的作用更为明显;在创业培训时,需要侧重对女性创业者的创业意识以及男性创业者的组织管理能力进行培训。
Firstly, this paper explores the effect mechanism of entrepreneurial consciousness transforming to entrepreneurial ability, and analyzes the factors impacting the above relationship.Then it uses the survey data about 94 startups of China to study empirically the mediating effect of organizational management ability on the relationship between entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurial ability. Finally, it analyzes the impact of gender of leaders in startups. The result shows as follows: entrepreneurial consciousness positively impacts entrepreneurial performance through influencing organizational management ability; the gender of leaders in startups has a regulating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial consciousness and organizational management ability;entrepreneurial consciousness is more important for female entrepreneurship than for male entrepreneurs. It puts forward that entrepreneurship training should focus on the entrepreneurial consciousness of female entrepreneurs,and the organization and management ability of male entrepreneurs.
