摘要
介绍了AOD炉的基本原理 ,炉衬损毁的主要原因及选材要点 ,同时对AOD炉常用的镁铬系和镁钙系材料的性能进行了比较 ,并且提出了提高AOD炉炉衬寿命的措施。
The basic principle,major wear reason of the lining of AOD furnace and the gist for choosing refractories for AOD furnace are introduced.Meanwhile,the properties of magnesia-chrome and magnesia-dolomite refractories that are commonly used in AOD furnace are compared,some measures for raising the service life of AOD furnace lining are put forward.
