摘要
太钢3座40 t AOD转炉改造后扩容到45 t并于2004年4月成功投产,主要采用两步法生产铁素体和奥氏体不锈钢。介绍了该项目的主要特点以及奥钢联AOD技术特点。
Three existing 40 t AOD converters in TISCO were revamped and successfully commissioned in April 2004 with increased tap size to 45 t. Mainly ferritic and austenitic stainless steel grades are produced by applying the duplex process. This paper outlines the main features of the project as well as the highlights of the AOD performance.
