摘要
本文在调查工科院校大学生素质现状和存在问题及社会用人单位对大学生素质要求的基础上 ,采用多因素分值加权迭加法和模糊综合评价法 。
Based on the survey of the college student comprehensive quality current problems and the request of the employing unit, this paper adopts various factors piling scores and fuzzy comprehensive judgment method, setting up college student comprehensive quality quantized quota system in Engineering Colleges.
