摘要
奖学金具有激励功能、导向功能、资助功能。奖学金功能的充分发挥离不开一套客观合理的量化指标体系。本文以四川音乐学院研究生奖学金评定的量化实践为例,剖析量化过程中存在的问题,旨在建立一套适用于艺术类高校研究生奖学金的量化指标体系。
Scholarship possesses three functions:incentive, guid-ance and funding. In order to full play its functions, a set of ob-jective quantitative index system is necessary. Taking the quanti-tative practice in Sichuan Conservatory of Music as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems, aiming to build a rea-sonable quantitative quota system for art colleges.
