高速铁路轴箱轴承内圈热轧变形机理研究

摘要 应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对高速铁路轴箱轴承内圈热轧过程中的接触面积、等效应力和等效应变进行分析。研究表明:高速铁路轴箱轴承内圈与轧辊的接触模式对等效应变的分布有重要的影响,由于内圈与驱动辊的接触面积从小变大,导致锻件会呈现沿径向外表面等效应变高于内表面等效应变,外表面沿轴向大端台阶处等效应变高于小端处等效应变的现象。 The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the contact area,equivalent stress and equivalent strain during hot rolling for inner rings of high speed railway axle box bearings. The research shows that the contact pattern between the inner rings and rolls has an important effect on distribution of equivalent strain. As the contact area between inner rings and driving rolls increases from small to large,the equivalent strain of forging along outer cylindrical surface is higher than equivalent strain along inner cylindrical surface,and the equivalent strain of outer surface along axial large end step is higher than equivalent strain along small end.
