摘要
分析了矩形截面环件轧制特点,导出了其轧制中的壁厚减小量的分配计算式。以此为基础研究了矩形截面环件轧制成形台阶截面环件的壁厚变化规律和环件主动变形部分对被动变形部分的拉缩作用,进一步提出了综合拉缩系数的概念,并给出了其数值的计算式和取值范围。通过台阶截面环件轧制实验测定了综合拉缩系数,同时指出矩形截面环件是可以轧制成形台阶截面环件的。
The rolling characteristics of the ring with rectangular cross sectiolls are analysed and the distribution law of the thickness deformation of the ring is derived. By researching both the thickness deformation law of the ring with stepped cross sections rolled from the ring with rectangular cross sections and the shrinking-drawing between active and passive deforming parts of the ring, a new concept of compound shrinking-drawing coefficient is proposed and its calculation formula and scope of numeral value are derived.The compound shrinking-drawing coefficient is measured through the rolling experiment on the ring with stepped cross sections. The main point is that a ring with stepped cross section can be rolled from a ring with rectangular cross section.
