摘要
成果转化是高校马克思主义理论研究的重要环节。当前,高校马克思主义理论研究成果转化面临认识偏差、取向模糊、促进机制不健全等障碍。加快推进成果转化,一方面要坚持面向人才培养、面向党政决策、面向理论宣传等基本取向,另一方面要进一步健全成果转化的促进机制,包括完善激励机制、推动评价改革、建设新型智库、搭建转化平台等。
Achievement transformation is an important part of the research on the theory of Marx in the University. Currently,the college Marxist theoretical research now faces problems such as understanding deviation,orientation fuzzy,that promoting mechanism is not perfect and other obstacles. To accelerate the transformation,on the one hand we should continue to promote mechanisms for personnel training,for the party and government decision-making and for the basic orientation of the theory of publicity,and on the other hand we should further improve the transformation,including improving the incentive mechanism,promoting evaluation reform,the construction of new think tanks and building transformation platform,etc.
