摘要
构建现代公共文化服务体系是全面深化改革的重要任务之一。基层政府向社会力量购买公共文化服务是构建现代公共文化服务体系的新理念,对于推动公共文化服务社会化发展,实现公共文化服务供给的现代转向具有重要的作用和意义。为进一步深化了解当前基层政府向社会力量购买公共文化服务的现状,对重庆市綦江区进行了实地调查,发现基层政府在向社会力量购买公共文化服务过程中还存在着诸多问题。针对这些问题提出了一些建议。
Construction of modern public cultural service system is an important task of comprehensively deepening reforms. Grassroots government procurement of public cultural services to the social forces is a new idea of building the modern public cultural service system. It has an important function and significance to promote the socialized development of public cultural service and achieve the modern turn of public cultural services supplies. In order to further deepen the understanding of the current situation of grassroots government procurement of public cultural services to the social forces. The author conducted a field survey of Chongqing Qijiang District and found many problems in the process of grass-roots government procurement of public cultural services to the social forces. For these problems,we put forward some suggestions.
