摘要
通过案例介绍了政府购买图书馆公共服务的购买主体、内容、动因、模式、监督和评估机制、资金筹集与支配等,分析了政府购买图书馆公共服务的效果,指出其中存在的不足之处,并提出了行之有效的应对措施,以不断完善和发展"政府购买图书馆公共服务"这一新型公共服务供给模式。
This paper introduces the subject of purchase, contents, motivation, model of the purchase, the monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, sources and use of the funds of the purchase, and analyzes the effects of the government＇s purchase of the library service. Moreover, on the basis of pointing out its problems, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the useful exploration in the constant improvement of the supply of the new public service--the government＇s purchase of the service.
