摘要
公共服务的体制性张力,聚焦于公共服务的供给模式,突出表现为公共服务均等化的怪圈与市场化/社会化的两难。在政社合作的背景下,合理界定政府与社会、政府与市场之间的关系,推动公共服务供给模式的变迁,是实现公共服务体制转型的可能路径。
The systematic tension of public service,focusing on its supply models,shows itself as the strange circle of equalization and dilemma of marketization or socialization of public service.In the context of cooperation between government and society,defining the relations between government and society,government and market reasonably so as to promote the change of supply model of public service,is the possible route of system transformation of public service.
