摘要
由于家庭负担、养老需求等原因,导致老年人口依然有再次实现自身价值的意愿,这种情况在农村低龄老年人口当中尤为突出。同时,农村低龄老年人口也是农村进行生产的重要力量,但是其人力资源开发却显得非常乏力。通过对农村低龄老年人口范围的界定,分析其开发的可行性和目前存在的问题,并结合我国农村地区实际情况,提出几点建议。
Due to family burden and pension demand,the elderly population still has the desire to realize their own value again,and this kind of situation mainly occurs in the countryside,especially among young elderly population. At the same time,the young elderly population of countryside is also the important force of production,but its human resources development is very weak. This paper put forward some targeted suggestions in defining the scope of the countryside young elderly population,analyzing the feasibility of its development and the existing problems,and combining it with actual situation in countryside areas in China.
