摘要
本文探讨了间溴偶氮羧-p与镓显色反应的最佳条件。在HC1-KC1介质中,pH=2.90~3.30范围内镓和显色剂形成1∶2的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长为670nm,ε=1.94×105L·mol-1·cm-1镓含量在0~0.32μg·mL-1时服从比耳定律。
