摘要
开放徽章作为精准评价学习成果的新型工具,强调为学习者的多元化学习经历提供细粒度的证明,体现了过程性评价的教育理念,可以为学习者未来正式和非正式学习提供更加精准的评价并且弥补传统评价方式的不足。由于目前以能为本的人才需求导向,以及学习者对多元学习成果认证的迫切需求,使得开放徽章这一微证书系统的前景更为广阔。文章介绍了学习者与雇佣者双方对学习成果认证需求的变化以及数字徽章和开放徽章的由来,并通过举例说明国内外开放徽章的应用案例,明确了目前开放徽章的主要应用领域,最后探讨了区块链技术在开放徽章储存中的应用及挑战,以期为'互联网+'时代的精准教学和评价提供参考。
As a new tool for accurate evaluation of learning achievements,open badge emphasizes on providing fine-grained proof for learners’diversified learning experience,embodies the educational concept of process evaluation,and provides learners with more accurate evaluation for formal and informal learning in the future and make up for the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods.Due to the current orientation of talent-oriented talents and the urgent need for learners to certify multiple learning outcomes,open badge has broad prospects.This paper introduces the changes in the needs of learners and employers for the certification of learning outcomes,as well as the origin of digital badges and open badges.By illustrating application cases of open badges at home and abroad,the main application areas of the current open badges are clarified.Finally,the application and challenges of block chain technology in the storage of open badges,in order to provide reference for the accurate teaching and evaluation of the'Internet plus'era.
