摘要
社会环境与劳动力市场的快速变化加速了个体对继续教育的需求,微证书具有“短平快”的优势,能高效服务个体技能的提升和职业发展。在慕课平台的促进下,全球兴起了微证书运动,不同利益相关者基于各自需求也都积极参与其中。为了应对微证书运动,满足个体再技能的需要,欧盟委员会出台了各项举措。在推动微证书运动中,呈现出统筹兼顾、以资历框架为支撑、以区块链技术为基础的发展特征。我国应主动顺应微证书运动,加快推进国家资历框架建设并促进教育与区块链技术的融合应用。
The rapid changes of social environment and labor market have accelerated the individual’s demand for continuing education. Micro-Credential has the advantage of “short and fast”, which can effectively serve the improvement of individual skills and career development. With the promotion of MOOC platforms, the Micro-Credentials movement has sprung up all over the world, and different stakeholders have actively participated in it based on their own needs. In order to the cope with Micro-Credentials movement and meet the needs of individual re-skills, the European Commission has introduced various measures. In promoting the Micro-Credentials movement, it presents the development characteristics of overall consideration, supported by the qualification framework and based on blockchain technology. China should actively follow the Micro-Credentials movement, accelerate the construction of national qualification framework and promote the integrated application of education and blockchain technology.
