基于E-NCAP的Q10儿童侧碰仿真分析及优化

摘要 2020年E-NCAP的AE-MDB碰撞速度及壁障重量将进行大幅提升,对车辆的侧面碰撞保护性能提出了更高要求。本文对E-NCAP侧面碰撞及儿童保护最新法规进行了解读,采用LS-DYNA及MADYMO耦合运算的方法,建立了侧面碰撞儿童保护分析模型,对该工况中儿童假人存在的伤害风险进行了分析及研究,并通过增加后排侧气囊提升后排侧面保护效果,经虚拟分析验证效果明显,从而为未来出口欧盟车辆的设计提供了参考。 In 2020 E-NCAP AE-MDB impact speed and barrier weight will be greatly increased, which will lead to higher vehicle’s side impact protection performance requirement. The newest E-NCAP side impact and child occupant protection protocols were studied in this paper. Using the method of LS-Dyna and MADYMO coupling analysis, the side impact child protection analysis model was established to analyze and study the child dummy injury risk in this case, and the rear side protection effect was improved by adding the rear side airbag. The virtual analysis proves that the effect was obvious, so as to provide a reference for the future design of vehicles exported to Europe.
