摘要
根据《客车前部结构强度要求及试验方法》征求意见稿的相关要求,对一款10.5m公路客车进行正面碰撞仿真分析。通过HyperMesh建立客车有限元模型,利用LS_DYNA进行计算求解,最后通过HyperView查看仿真分析结果。并提出改进方案。
According to the related requirements of the draft for comments of Strength Requirements and Test Methods for Coach’s Front Structure,a 10. 5 m coach is analyzed for frontal impact simulation. The finite element model of the coach is established through HyperMesh,and the LS_DYNA is used for calculation and solution. Finally,the simulation results are viewed through HyperView. And the improvement plan is put forward.
