摘要
通过对重庆涪陵及周边地区的蔷薇科悬钩子属(Rubus L.)植物的调查,山莓(Rubus corchorifolius L.f.)分布广泛,长势良好,果实酸甜可口。经检测,果实中含有丰富的糖分、蛋白质、氨基酸和维生素等,特别是SOD含量明显的高于其他食用水果,各矿质元素含量适当。山莓具有作为第三代水果鲜食,生产出果酒,作为中药材等多种用途,具有潜在的开发利用价值。
Raspberry( Rubus corchorifolius L.f.) is widely distributed, growing well, the fruit is sweet and delicious through investigated in Fuling and the surrounding area. After testing, the fruit is rich in sugar,protein, amino acids and vitamins, especially evident than other edible fruits SOD content of each mineral element content appropriate. Raspberries, as the third generation of fresh fruits, have many uses in producing wine, medicine and so on. It has the potential value of development and utilization.
