摘要
本文分析了现代学徒制人才培养模式在我院食品工艺与检测专业实施的可行性,阐述了重庆工贸职业技术学院食品工艺与检测专业实施现代学徒制试点工作的思路,结合现代学徒制试点工作的总体部署,制定了现代学徒制试点工作的教学目标和教学计划;提出了现代学徒制试点工作的日常管理措施;强化现代学徒制试点工作的责任管理。
This paper analyzes the feasibility of the implementation of methods in food technology and detection of professional of our college for training modern apprenticeship, expounds the modern apprenticeship ideas of food technology and detection of Chongqing Industry & Trade Polytechnic. The establishment of the modern apprenticeship pilot teaching target and the teaching plan; strengthen the daily management of modern apprenticeship pilot work; strengthen the modern apprenticeship pilot work responsibility management, etc.
