四种超透氧化锆基与In-Ceram氧化铝基全瓷材料相对透明率的对比测定 被引量:1

Contrast Investigation on Relative Translucency of Four Ultra-transparent Zirconia Materials with In-ceram Alumina Ceramics

摘要 通过对比测定4种牙科超透氧化锆基全瓷材料(Zenostar Zirconia,Lava Zirconia,Upcera Zirconia和Cercon Zirconia)与In-Ceram氧化铝瓷的相对透明率,为临床针对不同背景桩核选择核瓷材料提供依据。采用Minolta CR-400接触式色彩色差计,测量计算出相对透明率。使用SPSS 17.0统计软件对各组透明率分别进行单因素方差分析及LSD多重检验来分析试件相对透明率的差异,α<0.05。结果表明:Zenostar Z R的相对透明率范围为0.812~0.909,Lava Zirconia的相对透明率范围为0.820~0.910,Upcera Zirconia的相对透明率范围为0.930~0.974,Cercon ht full contour zirconia的相对透明率范围为0.918~0.941,In-Ceram氧化铝的相对透明率为0.869。LSD-t检验结果表明,4种基底瓷材料中以Zenostar ZR相对透明率最高,但与Lava Zirconia并无统计学差异,Cercon ht full contour zirconia的相对透明率比前两种已经明显降低,Upcera Zirconia的相对透明率最低。In-Ceram氧化铝与其他4种全瓷材料相对透明率都有显著性差异(P<0.01=,超透氧化锆基全瓷材料透明率接近或高于In-Ceram氧化铝基,美学效果和强度更适合于临床应用。通透性较好的Lava Zirconia和Zenostar Zirconia适用于美观要求较高的前牙区,而通透性较低的Cercon ht full contour zirconia适用于前磨牙区,对于磨牙区活髓牙或不同颜色桩核作为背景的死髓牙可考虑选用低通透性的Upcera Zirconia基底瓷。 The purpose of this paper is to contrast the relative translucency of four ultra-transparent zirconia materials including Cercon zirconia, Zenostar, Lava zirconia and Upcera zirconia with In-ceram Alumina Ceramics, and to provide basis for choosing core materia with different background of post core material in clinical work. All ceramics were made into samples of diameter 10 mm and thickness 0.5±0.02 mm.The relative translucency of samples were measured with color difference meter and statistically analyzed with SPSS 17.0. This experiment confirms the existence of statistically significant differences of the relative translucency between different zirconia ceramics. According to the numerical level, the relative translucency of zirconia materials from high to low is Upcera Zirconia>Cercon ht full contour zirconia>Lava Zirconia>In-cercon Alumina Ceramics>Zenostar ZR. Zenostar ZR Translucent and Lava Plus High Translucency zirconia could be used to anterior teeth with better relative translucency, while Cercon ht full contour zirconia can be applied to premolar area with poor relative translucency. Upcera zirconia with low transparent could be used in posterior teeth.
