溶胶凝胶法制备NaTaO3薄膜及光催化性能研究(英文)

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法以TaCl5、醋酸钠和柠檬酸为原料,在退火温度为570610℃下制备NaTaO3薄膜。通过X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜及能量色散X射线光谱表征薄膜的组成、结构以及形貌。研究了退火温度对薄膜组成、形貌及光催化活性的影响。结果表明在退火温度为570610℃之间均能合成出纯相的NaTaO3薄膜,薄膜表面平整,随着温度的升高,薄膜的结晶性变好。610℃时制备的薄膜结晶性最好,紫外光照射100 min后降解率达到51%。 NaTaO_2 films were synthesized by sol-gel method with TaCl_5,CH_3COONa and citric acid as raw materials at the annealing temperatures of 570~610 ℃.The composition,structure and morphology of NaTaO_2 films were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS).The effects of annealing temperature on composition,morphology and photocatalytic activities of NaTaO_3 films were studied.The results indicate that the pure phase NaTaO_3 films can be synthesized at the annealing temperature between 570 ℃ and 610 ℃.The surface of the films is even.The crystaUinity is enhanced with the increase of the annealing temperature.NaTaO_3 films annealed at610 ℃ have the optimal crystaUinity,and the degradation rate reaches to 51%after 100 min under the ultraviolet light irradiation.
