摘要
通过水热法制得一系列Fe-N共掺杂的NaTaO3,对其进行了X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、固体漫反射紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis DRS)表征。XRD结果显示,掺杂之后NaTaO3晶胞略有膨胀,而颗粒尺寸略有减小。由UVVis DRS光谱推测可知掺杂之后的NaTaO3禁带宽度均小于未掺杂的NaTaO3禁带宽度。同时对其在254 nm紫外光区下光催化降解甲基橙溶液的性能进行了探究,其中Fe-N摩尔共掺杂量为0.15%的NaTaO3光催化活性最好。
Fe-N co-doped NaTaO3 were successfully synthesized by simple hydrothermal method. All as prepared NaTaO3 samples were characterized by using X-ray powder diffraction( XRD),UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra and scanning electron microscope( SEM). NaTaO3 nanostructure showed a lattice expansion and a decrease particle size. The UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectra proved that the band-gap of all doped NaTaO3 samples is less than pure NaTaO3. Photocatalytic activity of NaTaO3 nanocrystals was examined by monitoring the degradation of methyl orange dye in an aqueous solution under UV radiation of 254 nm. Fe-N co-doped NaTaO3 with molar ratio of 0. 15% showed an optimum photocatalytic performance.
